robot’s could do just about anything that human being’s could do. The robot’s are able to cook, clean and socialize everything. As the number of elderly individuals is increasing, care is needed. The robot companion’s will be a fresh generation of devices mainly helping and supporting the elderly in daily activities at home, workplace and in other environments. robot’s companions can lift items and assemble artifacts. their structure movement and behavior will be graceful, smooth and fair. robotic’s care companion is distruptive technology as robot companion vision begin with profound understanding and complete understanding of the present robotic’s studies globally.
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
first robotic surgery occured in 1985 when the PUMA 560 robotic surgical arm was used in a neurosurgical. After robot’s being used to do surgery. robot’s are also begin to be used as caretaker for older people. we need new generation of components to develop both new bodyware and new mindware. today robot’s are mechatronic system robot’s are the consequence of many parts being integrated with each having a unique and well-specified feature . if we want more flexible and compound behaviour we need to increase the level of freedom, the number of sensor’s, energy consumption and the machine human interface. robotic care companion consist of many software’s and hardware such as artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, micro-macro cell biology, neurotechnology and other sensor’s system’s

IMPACT OF ROBOTIC CARE TECHNOLOGY
Accompanying robotic care may have a beneficial or negative effect on society. This technology may have a adverse effect on society as nurses may lose their employment because the robot is substituted to care for the elderly in hospitals and at home.But thebeneficial effect will be that nurses can perform the less boring and where more attention required tasks. It will affect a bigger community as there is a shortage of health care professionals in many remote areas and the lack of specialized care. robotics, doctors who are away from their patients for hours have a way to communicate with their clients and monitor their progress.
